This is a privacy policy for our marketing websites. It is not a HIPAA notice and does not create a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Who we are

Earlink ("we," "us") provides advertising and CRM services to businesses, including Google Ads and Meta Ads management, white-label CRM (GoHighLevel) setup, and related operations support. Sites covered: earlinkcrm.com and earlinkads.com (and related marketing pages).

What we collect

Depending on how you use our sites and forms, we may collect:

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, business name, role, message content)
• Technical data (IP address, browser/device info, approximate location, pages viewed, referring URL)
• Ad/campaign parameters (e.g. UTM) when you arrive from ads or referrals
• Marketing/ops data needed to respond to demo, audit, or contact requests

We do not ask you to submit health, patient or other sensitive personal information through public marketing forms. Please do not include it in free-text fields.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule demos/audits
• Operate and improve our websites and services
• Send transactional messages related to your request (when you consent via the form checkbox)
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

Promotional email/SMS beyond that transactional consent requires separate consent and an easy opt-out.

SMS / messaging

If you consent to receive messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase where applicable law requires that disclosure.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, CRM/automation, email/SMS delivery, analytics, scheduling) under contractual limits; with professional advisors when needed; with authorities when required by law; or with a successor in a business transfer.

Third-party ad platforms (Google, Meta) have their own policies when you interact with our ads.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law, then delete or de-identify when no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small marketing company. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Health information

These marketing sites are not a patient portal and are not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). If an engagement involves systems that process PHI, that must be covered by a separate written agreement (and a BAA only where required). Do not assume a BAA exists from this website policy alone.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting earlinkcorp@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also opt out of marketing texts (STOP) / emails (unsubscribe) and control cookies via browser settings.

Children

Our services are directed to businesses and adults 18+, not children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
